The crocuses peep through again
Each year Devizes Rotary have been planting purple crocuses around The Green to represent some of the millions of children that are vaccinated by Rotary to protect them against polio. Below are the 2020 additions 🙂
When a child is vaccinated, their finger is dipped in purple dye to indicate that they nave been vaccinate

Crocuses add a splash of colour to The Green
Last December Devizes Rotary planted more crocus bulbs along the edge of the Green to represent the people that have been vaccinated by Rotary against polio. Click HERE for details.
Well, I’m delighted to say that those bulbs have now begun to add a lovely splash of purple to the Green as shown in the photo below.
